We are looking for a Region Lead Sales - Entire West Region of India for a Singapore based Cosmetics Startup. Only people with immediate experience in cosmetics, personal and skin care brands would be reviewed. If you have headed the sales for the West region of India and have worked with a FMCG, Personal Care industry, please apply Responsibilities : - Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; - Preparing and completing action plans; - Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; - Identifying trends; - Determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change. - Improve distribution in the region by careful study and need gap identification - Handle all budgeting expenses and coordinate with cross functional teams - Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions. - Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for all areas in support of business objectives. Maintains and expands customer/ distributor base by counselling ASM's ; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new business opportunities. - Study competition market and counter plan for better sales initiatives - Handle man power hiring, training and productivity in the region - Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Experience : - Good knowledge in excel, macros, MIS is required - Need someone with the minimum experience of 15-20 years and preferably from FMCG industry in cosmetics, personal care and Skin care Attributes : - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization - Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets - Strong business sense and industry expertise - Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
