- Appointing New Channel Partners & Distributors in the assigned Region.
- Managing relationship with the existing Distributors and Channel Partners.
- Managing & Developing Team in assigned region thereby ensuring to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
- Spearheading the channel partner programme with a team of Dealers; ensuring accomplishment of overall revenue / profit targets in the assigned region.
- Developing strong channel wise distribution plan, Potential competition mapping, conceptualizing GTM for the product as per the channel split and ensuring business growth opportunities aligned to company's strategic plans.
