Position overview –
- This is a an important regional position to manage distributors and key clients with focus on building relationship in the market of coatings/masterbatchers/EVA
Experience/Exposure - Ranging from 10-15, years
- Emphasis on distributor relationship and key account management
Location: Delhi (Areas Covered NCR – Rajasthan , Delhi , Punjab , Haryana , UP)
Qualification : Science Graduate or Engineer + MBA
Responsibilities
- Leading, mentoring,and motivating team of 7-8 sales people
- Grow the business by 20 % which currently is at 150 crores
- Improve collection
- Should be able to provide feedback to the technical team in terms of products in the market
- Manage the distributors out of which 2 of them are big ones and provide sales support . 50% priority
- Manage Large 8-10 key Accounts in paints, printing ink segment.. 50 % priority
Target companies
- Organic Chemical companies such as adhesives/paints/pigments/resins/additives and other speciality chemicals
