Role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager,you will be responsible for:
- Managing the Topline and Bottomline across the region, by driving business from existing distributors.
- Expanding the dealer/distributor network in the region by exploring untapped markets
- Tracking current shopper and market trends, thereby devising specific Go To Market strategies
- Leading a team of Area Managers and Sales Managers and being responsible for numbers
The Successful Applicant
You will be a postgraduate with around 10-13 years of post qualification experience in sales and distribution functions within the FMCG Industry.
Prior experience in the North India market is a must, and experience in the Personal Care industry would be preferred.
The client is looking for someone with a strategic bent of mind, excellent communication skills, and the experience of managing teams.
Education-
