Regional Sales Manager
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Achieve targeted business results in the identified categories through the effective translation of Business strategy into Region-specific plans. Provide leadership & motivation to Regional teams to raise performance and productivity standards.
Objectives of the Role :
- Business Health Measures
- Achievement of Monthly and Yearly Category wise Delivered GMV targets.
- Productivity Measures and Infrastructure Plans
- Develop plans to achieve Buyer Retention plans
- Monthly New Buyer additions
- Develop and execute an infrastructure plan for the year
- Distribution Measures / Quality of Productivity
- Monthly Average Buyer Spends progress
- No of Lines sold per Buyer per month progress
- Progress on A&B class buyer performance
- Identification and deployment of execution plans for micro market opportunities
- Progress on reactivation of Dormant Buyers
- Progress on FOS wise GMV and Productivity
Focused Inputs Performance :
- DTR brand share progress
- Monthly focus area drives/initiatives
- Meet performance target of new launch DTR brands
Systems & Process Deployment :
- Enable field teams through analytics-based Market and Category based insights
- Progress on Supply Chain Measures
- Improve adoption of technology by field force
Cost Measures :
- Meet the Sales & Distribution (including collections cost) cost targets for the region
- Progress on agreed DPD % for the year
Team Leadership & People Development :
- Identification of training and development needs of all region resources
- Ensuring timely learning and development inputs are provided to the entire team as per agreed timelines & providing insights on specific and evolving training needs
- Working Effectively with Stakeholders
- Develop contacts with relevant local authorities
- Develop working relationships with key regional vendor teams
- Set up systems to monitor competitive and market intelligence
- MBA with 7+ years of relevant work experience with large FMCG/Consumer Goods/ECommerce can Apply.
