Base Location - Andheri East

Region - MMR ( Mumbai Metropolitian Region)

Job Description

Primary roles and responsibilities:

- He/she will drive the revenue objectives for Our Company by acquiring new customers, and up selling to existing ones. Interact with HNI Interior designers/ Architects/ 5 star Hotels/ HNI celebrities for promoting.

- Appoint New Distributors, dealer & retail trade Partners

- Should be able to handleProjectliaison & coordination activities for any new establishment or the existing one.

- Business Development

- Engaging, Developing and maintaining contact with client, Architect & interior designer, Govt. dept. to promote brand and product business development process.

- Will be working closely with the Management to craft & execute theSales& Business Development Strategy.

- Planning day-to-day Sales&ProjectI nstallation strategies, budgets and schedules, along with resource allocation.

- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to the organisation.

- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. - Completing & growing monthly/quarterly sales against Targets by bringing past experience & out of box thinking.

- Deploy various resource bounded strategies to extract newer accounts.

- Design business plans / strategies for maximizing profitability, revenue generation & realizing organizational goals.

- Relationship management by continuously interacting with prospective clients & regular buyers.

- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

- Site Visits of big projects.

Experience & Requirement

1. MBA with 6-8 years of experience in project & Channel Sales.

2. Experience in Flooring Segment in building construction Material Industry.

3. Good networking among Interior Designers/ Architects/ HNI clients

4. Strong solution focus and ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables

5. Effective Communication Skills

6. Good negotiation skills

7. Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
