Regional Sales Manager - Eyewear

Our client is one of the top global eyewear creator and leader in the premium sector for sunglasses, optical frames and sports eyewear.

Presently, they seek to hire Regional Sales Manager- West to be based in Mumbai. The position reports to the Head- Whole Sales Business and manages a team of Sales Managers and Area Sales Executive.

Key Responsibility Areas are to :

1) Provide quality leadership to internal and external customers in all important areas, work towards constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others.

2) Create an effective business plan with accurate forecasting, market trend evaluation and competitor understanding,

3) Be responsible for Revenue and profitability through successful, product positioning, product mix, distribution, running profitable schemes & offers and merchandising.

4) Efficiently manage the region's Key Accounts, BTQs, Independent Optician and distributors business.

5) Liaise with Finance and Operation team in order to get regional expansion and growth in the business.

6) Create and lead a high-performance team by training, coaching and mentoring.

Ideal candidate should have minimum 7-8 years- experience. Exposure to general trade and wholesale business of luxury items is a MUST. The candidate is expected to know and travel in the West region.
