Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the market and increase brand visibility.
- This includes identifying key market segments, setting sales targets, and forecasting sales volumes.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including EV fleet operators, government agencies, corporate buyers, and individual consumers.
- Understand their needs, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet their requirements.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base by prospecting and acquiring new clients.
- This involves conducting market research, cold calling, networking at industry events, and collaborating with marketing teams to generate leads.
- Team Leadership and Training: Lead a team of sales professionals within the designated area.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Set performance targets, monitor progress, and motivate team members to achieve their goals.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Utilize data to identify opportunities for improvement and make informed decisions to optimize sales processes.
- Customer Feedback and Product Development: Gather feedback from customers regarding product satisfaction, performance, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to relay customer insights and contribute to product enhancement initiatives.
- Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and certifications related to EV manufacturing and sales.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and quality standards in all sales activities.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget for the area, including expenses related to marketing campaigns, travel, and client entertainment.
