Experience:

- 10 to 15 years of experience in ERP software solution sales

- 5-9 years of experience in international business / sales within Middle East & Africa is preferred/ (Not Mandatory)

Candidate Background:

- Experience in handling large accounts/opportunities with complex sales cycle for Software as a Service/ ERP to CXOs.

- Experience in handling sales territory independently with hunting experience.

- Ability to identify new business opportunities & convert them to closure.

- Experience in demonstrating of software product will be an added advantage.

- Preferably experience in selling software to the logistics, air cargo/ marine/ port community domain.

- Understanding and experience in responding & working on large bids/tenders

- Experience in working with cross functional teams.

- Mature and extrovert personality; Hungry and a go-getter - Fire in the belly

- B. Tech / MBA desirable (Education Qualification should be technical)

Job Description:

- Number oriented Software solution sales. Individual contributor role

- Identify & create new business opportunities from Middle East and Africa region.

- Travel to Middle East and Africa region frequently.

- Develop and maintain relationships across all levels within prospect organizations.

- Initiates connect, Present company's portfolio, map the stakeholders.

- Maintains high-level engagement with prospects.

- Converting opportunities to closure

- Work with cross functional teams

- Work on bids and tenders

- Market research, making presentations.

- Negotiating contract, Sales funnel creation and development

- Create proposals and commercial T&Cs and close large size & multiyear deals.

- Keep abreast with the latest developments in the industry.

- Strive continuously to develop expertise in company products & solutions.

Skill Set Required:

- Proficient Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills

- Conversant and comfortable with virtual sales skills - emails, tele calling, presentations, VC

- Capability to conduct research for market intelligence gathering.

- Numbers and results oriented.

Industry: Technology sales, Logistics solutions e.g. (Air Cargo, Marine, Port Community)
