Regional Sales Manager
The Key Areas of Responsibilities are as under:
- This role is responsible for leading, directing and motivating the regional sales team to achieve sales and bottom-up objectives.
- Responsible for implementing locally relevant distribution strategy to drive sales growth and market share.
- Delivers on operational targets as defined by Commercial Leader of sales channel.
- Manages sales team to achieve sales targets and implement BMC key initiatives if relevant for the area.
- Manages customers offer performance and delivers on AOP targets.
- Achieves revenue, margins, and sales productivity efficiencies targets within the assigned geographical area.
- Establishes high levels of customer partnership and satisfaction.
- Implement a winning distribution strategy for assigned area.
- Drives sales team engagement, culture of accountability.
