Should have experience in EAST (West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam & NE, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar

We are looking for -

KEY SKILLS-

- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar senior sales role in B2C segment

- Excellent communication skills

- Ensure Productivity of KAM is met month on month

- Familiarity with CRM software

- Relationship management and Increase Wallet Share

- Conduct regular weekly/monthly meetings with Branch Managers/KAMS

RESPONSIBILITIES-

- Responsible for handling Institutional Business for the located territory including P&L, revenue, sales strategy

- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)

- Manages and evaluates activities of key customer accounts, negotiates contracts of major customer accounts

- Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team

- Own and close sales cycles, involving several stakeholders and intra organizational teams

- Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in Industry

- Have meetings with customers to understand their future plan, pain-points and to resolve issues
