Job Description :

- To develop business in Given Region by enhancing reach in the OEM and Builder segments.

- Appoint Channel Partners as per Geographical potential and ensure 30% secondary sales.

- Improve the market share and assist Regional Heads in Policy guidelines.

- To achieve the assigned sales target for the region

- Improve price realization - 30% of sales should be catered through policy discount

- Enquiry generation - maintain a healthy funnel of 4 times the sale target
