- Managing the General Trade Accounts Team in the region
- Assisting in planning process of General Trade sales and merchandising by brand/ by customer in the region
- Managing the Customer-wise profitability in the region
- Providing strategic inputs and competitive insights and maximizing the consumer touch point
- Maintaining and expanding customer base by counseling, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities
- Seeking out and exploring new sales, product and customer opportunities in General Trade channel
- Planning and implementation of strategic product interventions to drive revenue growth
- Monitoring sell-out by customer/by brand/by salesmen as well as market behaviors and competitors development to have timely and suitable reactions
- Analyzing sales data to recommend, implement and administer methods and procedures to enhance the sales improvement of the Company
