Job Title / Designation : Regional Sales Manager

Reporting To : Country Head

eCommerce Sales Experience is preferred.

Job Role :

- To strategize and define a clear road map to achieve business objectives.

- To evaluate, initiate and close on relevant restaurant chains/brands alliances that would help company maximize reach.

- To monitor alliances through regular MIS so that business projections are met

- Strategies to achieve defined objectives for the said alliance

- Recruit and effectively monitor and manage team to ensure maximum productivity.

Skills Required :

- Team Management: Experience of handling team is a must.

- Proven negotiation skills, strong communication & presentation skills

- 8 years of experience

- Exposure to sales (60%), servicing(10%), strategy, team management, budgeting, business planning and MIS. 40% weightage to all the rest

- Strong analytical skills & exceptional clarity in thought process.
