Purpose of role: To generate B2B sales from the Market of our Industry. It is a target oriented job along with handling a team.

Main Duties:

- Deliver Monthly Sales Target (Increase GMV, Buying Customers in YK locations)

- Extensive experience in Sales and Business Development

- Target Setting of Sales Force (SF) Team

- Build and Train SF team

- Interacts with customers for sales closure and final negotiations

- Plans with team members to generate and manage leads

- Execute Promotions designed by CRM/Marketing

- Conduct Daily and Weekly Sales Briefings/Trainings

- Monitor Performance of SF team

Required Skills: Speaker/Motivator/Trainer

Presentation Skills:

- Prepare Training Modules for SF for respective segment

- Making Strategy presentations in SF Strategy
