JOB DESCRIPTION

So now we are looking for an RSM who will based out of Lucknow and will take care of UP/Bihar.

Position: RSM(Regional Sales Manager)

JD - RSM (Regional Sales Manager)

Reporting to-ZSM(Zonal Sales Manager)

Qualification:MBA(Full Time)

Seeking a result oriented individual to head the region sales of fast growing performance nutrition brand.

Responsibilities:

Lead the Sales Executives/ASM/Key account associates in the region

Responsible for meeting the revenue and margin targets for the region

Manage relationships with super stockists and distributors of the region

Drive business development activities of the region

Conduct BTL marketing activities of the region

Skills/Experience:

MBA qualified

3-8 years of sales experience.(Team Handling Exp Mandatory)

Good sales and communication skills

Analytically sharp, familiarity with MIS and Excel

Demonstrated leadership skills
