Regional Sales Manager - Distribution - PVC/CPVC/HDPE Products

Looking for seasoned sales professional having good distribution network knowledge of south India.

- Must have knowledge of PVC/ CPVC/ HDPE products like Pipes, Fittings, Tanks etc.

- Good rappot with dealers and distributors of Andhra Pradesh and Telengana.

- Target driven and proven track record of revenue growth.

- Responsible for sales and marketing of entire product range: Pipes, fittings, tanks, Molded products through channel and institutional customers.

- Devising sales strategy with the team to increase sales,

- Suggestion on pricing and dealer schemes for the region,

- Monitoring distributors and dealer activity,

- Planning and implementation to increase B2B sales,

- Developing local marketing and promotion strategy for product visibility.

- Effectively managing the team to achieve revenue target and collection.

- Monitoring godown and logistics operation.

- Conducting training programmes for the sales team.

- Sales reporting, analysis and progress report to management.
