Key Result Areas:
- Focusing to continually increase the book size and profitability of the assigned area
- Handling various business loan products and implementing strategies towards enhancing market penetration, business volumes and growth
- Recruiting and managing a team of Relationship Managers, assist them in achieving their targets and drive them towards company goals
- Sourcing the Business Loan cases in the market through Business Network / Reference / DSA
- Being alert on competitive elements in the target segments (viz. other banks, NBFCs etc.) & augmenting the presence and penetration of the brand in the target market
- Improving efficiency by monitoring & overseeing continuous improvement of processes
- Ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction & low attrition in the team
- Coordinating with credit team for solving the queries of login, sanctioning & Disbursement. -
- Driving positive Return On Investment (ROI) by establishing appropriate selling model, customer metrics, and a compelling incentive compensation plan
- Allocating budgets to support channel partner programs, identified and nurtured key solution providers for leveraging channel strategy
- Establishing and driving sales strategy, set goals for distributors, planned for sales-in and sales-outs
- Organizing & implementing new product launches with distributors, tracked and addressed sales performances
- Ensuring effective communication and activities between distributors and sales team to meet departments and company's overall strategy (ICICI)
