RSM Digital Sales Secured & Unsecured Lending
- The objective of Digital Ecosystem is to create an alternate, digital distribution channel to acquire new B2B customers at scale and capture customer 360. The ecosystems that are targeted are: MSME, Anchor led (Supply Chain), Open networks led (ONDC, OCEN) and Platform led (Resellers, aggregators). The platform will enable both DIY and assisted journeys to be used by customers directly or sales distribution. The platform will be form factor agnostics and will be available on mobile, web and in form of API stack for external integrations.
- The Regional Sales Manager in the digital ecosystem is responsible for implementing digital strategies, managing online sales channels, and leveraging technology to drive business growth and customer engagement achieving business targets in specific geographies, overseeing the onboarding of new sales partners, building profitable Unsecured & Secured lending portfolios, managing partner relationships, providing product training to the direct sales team, and serving as the interface between external and internal sales channels, the central product team, and the Zonal Credit Team.
Major Challenges:
- To ensure a zonal strategy that is differentiated and innovative, considering regional factors and consumer preferences, and that can withstand competitive pressures.
- To build the zonal business in line with the adopted strategy of phased organizational growth, i.e.starting with limited team strength/ depth and growing with expanding business operations and performance; To ensure credit quality and effective portfolio selection/pre-screening thereby minimizing potential NPAs
- Addressing any conflicts, addressing partner concerns, and maintaining healthy relationships require effective communication, negotiation skills, and strong leadership
