- He / She will be responsible for developing new business vertical under newly created special project initiative - CBS Interactive portfolio websites for the organisation for west and north region
- Directly manage a team of Digital managers focused on acquiring and growth of acquired client base to generate new business revenue. Engage in large conversations with top clients and agencies planners
- Provide sales mentorship and elevate the team's abilities to manage and close revenue.
- Accurately forecast recurring revenue pipelines. Constantly innovate ways to balance sales opportunities, client management and new customer on-boarding responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for your territory and create reliable forecasts
- Consistently over achieve the business and revenue objectives set forth in your plan
- Drive revenue by connecting with customers, senior planners at agencies and building opportunities that will make all stakeholders more successful
- Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with your reporting managers and sales support team
- Proactively identify new opportunities, verticals and expand depth and width of conversations.
- Build excellent relationships at senior level both at clients and agencies
- Ability to think creatively to give best solution to the campaign briefs
- Be open to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives
- Tracking and reporting progress to COO
