Regional Sales Manager - Diagnostic/Oncology Vertical - Pharma
- 7-10 years of experience with minimum 3 years in similar role as a team leader in pharmaceutical / diagnostic industry.
- Good at People management. (Atleast managed 4+ ABM under them)
- Effective communication and analytical skills
- Effective in decision making
- Problem solving attitude
- Graduate/PG preferably with science background.
- Identify Trade, Institutional, Corporate Hospitals and Government KOL/KBL MSL through effective customer profiling
- Analyse business analytics to explore market trends and develop strategies to compete with competitors.
- Develop team through various trainings on brand development and therapy initiatives
- Select Potential Hospitals / Laboratories / Doctors and Customers
