Job Description of Regional Sales Managers

Designation: Regional Sales Manager

Job Location: Hyderabad, Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Conceptualize and implement market fit products and channels.

- Appoint distributor and stockist, develop, and expand existing distributor and dealer network and manage the collection process.

- Evaluate the performance and monitor the distributor sales and marketing activities.

- Monitor the accounts, cash flow, collection, and recoveries for better credit control management

- Responsible for demand forecasting for better indent flows, production, and inventory Management.

- Ensure availability of products as per market demand at specific channels.

- Plan and organize trade schemes for better penetration and market share.

- Share market intelligence with concerned stakeholders.

- Publish MIS report as per management requirement, track and monitor daily activities using CRM tool.

- Building and monitoring healthy relationship for existing, new channel partner, end customers, retail outlets and customers for improving business growth.

- Hire, train and manage team of sales executives to achieve desired target of the organization

Qualification & Experience :

- Any graduate with 10+ years of work experience in general trade, Horeca, B2B sales

- MUST have 5+yrs of experience from Dairy industry

- Should have worked in general trade, managed stckists, dealers & distributors

- Built and managed a team of Sales Executives and achieved organisational Targets
