Job Role:

- Overseeing a group of Senior Salary Relationship Officers, Corporate Portfolio Managers, and National Pension Scheme Relationship Managers

- In charge of meeting budgets for Third Party Products (TPP), NPS accounts, and bank products (liabilities and assets).

- Accountable for the overall development of every team member as well as the Relationship Value of the book that the unit manages.

- Organizing and carrying out events and special sales campaigns for current and potential customers.

- Ensuring that the sales team is engaged in cross-selling products.
