Job Role :

- Oversees a group of corporate salary account managers.

- Serves as the primary point of contact for any issues pertaining to corporate map personnel.

- Builds trusting relationships with a portfolio of key corporates that are given to him in order to prevent them from turning to rivals.

- Establish new corporate contacts and setup employee salary accounts.

- Expected to strengthen the bond with current clients through cross-selling initiatives and engagement activities

- Making sure that all salary accounts have sourced salary credits.

- Achieving daily, monthly, and cross-selling goals for salary accounts.

- Comply with KYC requirements and Bank procedures as they are updated from time to time.

- Ensuring strict adherence to the Bank's established service and quality benchmarks
