JD: Regional Sales Manager

RSM - Corporate & Retail Sales

CTC : up to 35L-45L ( will handle retail sales team for the defined region in Mumbai or Delhi/NCR)

General :

- Would need to bring in super-quality sales talent which will take the business to next level.

Brief profile :

- Minimum 10 years of experience. Upper Age limit: 38 years.

- Experience in hardcore sales. Preference will be to people who have exposure in both Corporate as well as retail selling. Corporate sales experience is mandatory.

- Tier 2 Business School minimum (top 50 B School only).

- Solid, demonstratable work experience and success credentials.

- Team Handling of Enterprise account Managers.

- Preference to people who have worked in complex sales structures, relationship-based selling, long-sales cycles.

- Outstanding ability to analyse sales trends, spot opportunities and excellent execution/planning skills are required.

Preference for process-driven, aggressive candidates. People from BFSI (MNC firms), Classified Portals, Media etc will be preferred.
