Position : Regional Sales Manager

Exp: 10 to 12 yrs

Location : based out of Delhi/NCR region only but should be willing to travel to Central UP/NCR regions(Faridabad, Gurgaon, Noida) and Rajasthan.

Requirement :The person should be based out of Delhi/NCR region only but should be willing to travel to Central UP/NCR regions(Faridabad, Gurgaon, Noida) and Rajasthan as he would have his set of teams/Branch Managers based out in each of these locations.

- Driving business growth of general trade and alternate

- Performace of handling entire team

- Updating timely competitors activities

- Optimise staff performance through goal setting

- Achievement of primary and secondary sales

- Implementation and execution of regional marketing plans

- To develop strategies for improving sales and distribution
