Role - Regional Sales Manager
Location Multiple Delhi/Mumbai/Patna/Noida/Ludhiana
Reports to Head
Responsibilities-
- Developing & implementing business plans & sales strategy for the respective region to ensure attainment of company objective to ensure maximum growth & profitability.
- To ensure achievement of sales & collection target for the region.
- Manpower planning and close coordination with HR to ensure smooth acquisition and retention of manpower.
- To plan and execute the business development activities for the respective region.
- Close coordination with Marketing team to get relevant support for channel engagement and branding.
- Coordination with sourcing team and forecasting on time to ensure maximum serviceability of region.
- Developing new channel partners and Growth Avenue on a regular basis.
- Provide continuous feedback to the organization about market developments and course correction requirements.
- Manage branch and its operations.
- Responsible for training and skill enhancement of the team.
- Maintain team motivation levels and enhance employee retention.
- Close coordination with SCM, Commercial, and Project Sales.
Requirements-
- MBA from Tier 1 or top tier II institutes with 6-12 years of experience
- Excellent written and oral communication Skills
- Willing to work in Startup and in exponential growth plan.
- Excellent Sales Skills and aptitude with high business acumen
- Team Management
- Must be smart, confident, and assertive.
- Willing to Travel extensively across region
