Job Description: Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager

Location: entire J & K, Punjab, Lehe Ladake. etc. We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager /Area sales manager to join our sales team, to manage key and general accounts within a designated area, developing and maintaining close contact with customers and end users from project inception through to completion and maximize the business potential for CPPL (Cosmos Pumps Private Limited) through exceptional customer service. CPPL pumps and systems are installed in various segments providing valuable high-integrity services for diverse industries, such as oil and gas production, water and wastewater treatment, power generation, construction, Municipality, Mines, and for large industrial plants.

Key Responsibilities :

Desired Candidate Profile :

Business-to-business marketing of Dewatering pumps and auto prime pumps. With prior experience in selling construction equipment such as dewatering pumps,

1. Auto prime pumps in exports will be an added advantage. Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers. Support in administration and Marketing activities.

2. Preparing reports for Senior Managers search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions.

3. Understanding of different mining and construction applications. Negotiation of pricing, availability and technical solutions Account management and development Travelling to visit potential clients Analyze sales data to identify new opportunities Present a professional image

4. Support and promote brand values at all times Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures Sales reporting for visits planned & made Performance to set KPIs

5. Experience Essential: Good engineering background with experience in selling of Pumps, compressor, & panels.

6. Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent presentation and negotiating skills highly numerate with excellent command of Microsoft Office especially Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in using Tally and ERP would be an added advantage.

7. Ability to work within company policy and procedure Demonstrate ability to plan and priorities workload to meet required time schedules Knowledge of Sales and marketing of remote monitoring systems is an advantage.

8. Relevant experience in Engineering and construction units. Full clean driving license

9. Able to work & travel throughout the India/Region
