Position : RSM Construction Finance

Location: Delhi

Job Role

- Sourcing Deals for construction finance proposals

- Developing relationships with real estate developers and offer products catering to their requirements

- Analyzing, structuring proposals in line with credit requirements within the given framework

- Work with the team in preparing financial model, internal documentation to seek approvals for Investments, Preparation of Investment Memos

- Documentation, Disbursements, Closure formalities of loans.

- Monitoring of the accounts on sales and construction stipulations, taking timely corrective steps for accounts deviating from stipulations
