Span of control: UP and Bihar

- Regional Managers position : handing sales, credit, collections, relationship, channel partners, and collections agencies.

- Business development: finding new avenues and channels for high penetration growth

- Portfolio control in tems of bounce, Femi, credit quality, collections, PI, RC updation etc.

- CTC up to 18-19 lakh
