- Commercial Vehicle Sales Experience is a must.
- Strategize and execute the sales and distribution for retail sales of our portfolio products across western region and expand customer base. Understand category specific landscape and trends and innovate accordingly.
- Identify opportunities and establish presence of our vehicles across relevant industries and territories
- Develop innovative channels and network of our presence in a cost efficient manner
- Achieve month on month sales targets across territories while adhering to cost budgets Daily/Weekly/Monthly monitoring and reporting of sales progress - lead generation to conversion. Identify root cause of drops in funnel and strategize to improve conversions.
- Effective communication of vision, active coaching and development of team while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate corrective action
- Strategize and implement dealer economics and network of our vehicle portfolio
Initiate marketing programs/BTL activities from time to time to create awareness about us in prospective customer base
- Responsible for CSAT and NPS of pre-sales customer experience. Strategize to ensure us being as an industry leader.
- Update strategy from time to time depending upon market developments
