Regional Sales Manager - Mumbai/Bangalore/Noida

The Company :

A global leader in media and entertainment industry. They provide end-to-end creative services (visual effects, stereo 3D conversion, animation), technology products & services (media ERP suite and cloud-enabled media services), production services (shooting floors/sound stages, equipment rental) and post production services (digital intermediate, sound, picture post) to Studios, Broadcast and Advertising industries.

The position is with their Group company, into the business line of IT products for Media & Entertainment industry worldwide.

Key Responsibilities :

- To Sell Cloud based ERP solutions, specially crafted as per the needs of Broadcasting media and Entertainment industry, to enterprise customers, acquire new customers and increase share of wallet of existing customers, in order to achieve the allocated sales targets

- Develop/leverage key CXO relationships

- Constantly learn and maintain an understanding of the media industry and its unique business needs and requirements

Experience Required :

- 10 - 15 years experience in selling IT / ITES solutions, out of which around 6 to 8 years of sales experience in media & entertainment Industry

- Experience in selling to government sector is a must and experience in selling to accounts like Doordarshan, Ministry of I&B, IBF, ISA, PIB, involving large ticket sales will be an added advantage

- Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills

- Clearly articulate value and demonstrate how solutions map to a customers- needs

- Motivate others; high energy individual

- Optimistic and passionate about sales

- Ability to understands customers- decision making processes, buyers, and influences

- Financial and business acumen

- Prior experience of handling a team will be a added advantage from a longer term perspective
