Responsibilities :
- To represent the company in their respective market while maintaining the highest standard of professionalism and business ethics
- To create and strengthen relationships and collaborations between the company and the distribution clients throughout the region
- To address and resolve customer's concerns and challenges
- To negotiate contracts with distributors and meet established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams
- To reach business targets in terms of sales volumes, activity, and product mix
- To study client's product offerings, being able to subdivide the entire portfolio to identify business opportunities for the company on a regular basis
- To use the CRM, to compile activity reports and to communicate to the company on a scheduled basis
- Responsible for competition monitoring (activity, pricing, trade terms, etc.
- Stay abreast of current and upcoming market conditions and product requirements
- To assist in the resolution of technical and commercial problems
- Marketing activities will include attendance at several trade shows and working with the Marketing team on marketing collateral
- Implementing sales & marketing activities that can create a positive experience for clients; reaching out to new & unexplored segments to revitalize stagnant & declining business
- driving new business through key accounts and establishing strategic partnerships to increase revenue
- Devising & effectuating go-to-market strategy of introducing products to win mutually beneficial deal; pioneering business development to enhance revenues by identifying market opportunities - Providing consistent partner management to ensure partners developed their sales, pre-sales and delivery capabilities in-line with designed strategy
- Managing network of Channel Partners across assigned territories for deeper market penetration & reach
- Conceptualizing competitive business development strategies to develop market share for achievement of revenue profitability targets and making the business viable for partners by ensuring healthy ROI
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Should be from Tile / Ceramic Industry.
- Building Material is a 2nd Preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal); Highly developed professional sales and self-management skills
- Proven experience in Key Account Sales Management
- Strong work ethic and follow-up
- Confident negotiations skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask Strong organizational skills, great attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- 8+years' experience within the building products industry Travel to branch, sales offices, corporate and international locations required
