Job Description :

- Regional Sales Manager/ Regional Head - West for Medical devices in Interventional Cardiology Segment. Someone with 13+ years of work experience in domestic or regional sales of Medical devices like Stents, Catheters, Accessories, CRM, Valves and other devices in Cardiology. Geographies to lead: Maharashtra, MP, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Rajkot, Goa.

Description

Responsibilities:

- Manage the existing Cardio segment at the organisation to maximize it & work towards expanding the penetration to Tier-2,3 cities as well with CRM, Valves, and other devices in pipeline

- Develop and execute market-specific plans and strategies, short and long term, to support our vision for the interventional cardiology space & TAVI

- Manage the existing PnL responsibility for existing products like Stents, Catheters & accessories, and TAVI & CRM

- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Manufacturing, Legal, Purchase, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, Supply chain for long-term vision of the company in the TAVI & CRM segment as well

- Should have a growth mindset and a team player

Profile

A successful Candidate:

1. Should have 13-14+ years of work experience in Medical devices sales

2. Regional level exposure to sales of Medical devices in Interventional Cardiology segment is preferred

3. Should have team management experience

4. Good B-school pass-out and an engineering background is an add on
