- Around 14 years experience in selling capital electrical products in a highly competitive market spread over a geographic region and having complex customer profile.

- Should have adequate knowledge of commercial aspects of sales.

- Product knowledge, market knowledge, understanding of market dynamics, understanding of value drivers of different market segments, communication skill.
