Regional Sales Manager - Building Material

Sales : ( HANDLING COMPLETE GUJARAT REGION )

- Steering efforts towards driving top line and bottom line objectives in line with the corporate sales objectives

- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts

- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends

- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

Candidate Requirement :

- MBA from top 20 - B School

- Should have Gujarat geography work experience - Mandatory

- Able to handle Large Team.

From - Any Paint / Adhesive / Chemical / Building Material Industry Experience
