Who should apply:
- 7-10 years of experience in Merchant acquisition and Offline sales;
- Prior experience of hiring and managing team;
- Prior experience in Merchant and brand acquisition;
- Candidates from FMCG, Fintech & Banking sector would be preferred; Consumer Fintech Experience in Merchant Acquisition will be an added advantage .
- Must be Aggressive, hustler and hungry for growth.
Responsibility:
- Drive sales through team of ASM, TSM & BDE;
- Market penetration and strategy;
- Combination of large, medium and small accounts to drive the numbers;
- Distribution of sales through proper representation across sectors & regional geographies
- Accurate & timely reporting for self and team in a disciplined manner
- Market intelligence and inputs to management on competitive activities with strategic/tactical solutions
- Work collaboratively with other departments for smooth functioning of the business
