We have an opening as a Regional Sales Manager for one of the leading Company.

Job Location : Hyderabad

Job Description :

- Direct all operational aspects of a regional sales team, including sales operations and customer service

- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities

- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for the region

- Promote Company technology platform to all local partners

- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly

- Bring out the best of the region's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation

- Identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges

- Share knowledge with other regional heads and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs

- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations &applicable laws

- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the company in the region

- Stay abreast of competitive dynamics and provide reports on market movement and penetration
