Designation: Regional Sales Manager

Reporting Manager: VP - Just Pay

Job Role:

Span of Control (Team): Will have Team of Team Leads

Main Responsibilities:

- Achieving Sales Target.

- Ensure productivity and efficiency norms are adhered in terms of deployment

- Regular training and motivation for the team

- Timely delivery of disbursal targets

- Aggressive and go getter

- Good Knowledge of market demographics

Qualifications Graduate + MBA (preferably)

Total exp: 5+ years into Sales (preferably - Financial Services/ Assets)

Functional Skill Sets:

- Should have team handling experience

- Should have a good product understanding

- Should be able to see the big picture & is creative

- Should be strong in verbal & written communication

- Should be well versed with Demographics

Preference will be given to candidates who has:

- Experience in handling Assets (Credit Cards/ Loans)/ Insurance/ Current Account Saving Account ( CASA)

- Employed with Bajaj Finance, HBL Global, Indusind Marketing Services, Axis Securities, I Solutions, Standard Chartered

Salary Range: 10 - 15 LPA
