Designation: Regional Sales Manager-BFSI

Main responsibilities:

1. Responsible for managing relationship with clients

2. Understanding Solutions and services offerings and positioning them.

3. Transactional selling / Business development activities

4. Self / Job management and resources allocation for clients

5. Achieving key business standards / parameters (revenues and gross margins ) for various solutions and services, set for specific business period.

6. People Management: you will have to manage a team of three Strategic Account Managers

Skills Required

- Sound knowledge of Networking, telecommunication industry / clients.

- Working knowledge in the areas of

1. IP telephony

2. Data security

3. Network management

4. Operating Environment and messaging.

5. Data and voice networking infrastructure solutions

- Proven and successful track record in Business Development with large BFSI Client

- Knowledge of commercial processes and large bid preparations and costing

- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

Qualification:

- B.E or Engineering Diploma, Advantage will be given for M.B.A. or professional certification in IT / Networking / Security / Microsoft

Experience:

- 10 to 15 years and above in the field of IT ( Systems Integration, IT solutions and services )
