Regional Sales Manager - Bancassurance

Job Responsibilities:

- To head life insurance business sales top line & bottom line for Bancassurance partner.

- Lead & manage a team of 3 Center Managers & 30 Associate Sales Managers and drive retail business.

- Accountable for business turnover of all verticals of the bank - Branch banking, business banking & retail banking.

- Recruit right sales force into the system, coach, lead business and ensure relationship management.

- To ensure the governance framework recommended by the management is well executed at field.

- To support the partners in selling the products by training, educating and guiding them on selling skills and objections handling.

- Responsible for team's skill building and growth.

- To ensure a strong compliance governance is in place and strictly adhered internally and with partner levels.
