- The incumbent will be responsible for developing both the short and long-term customer acquisition strategy for the zone
- Primary responsibility will be to grow the volume of customers by generating and converting high-quality leads through its sales funnel, by utilizing an omni-channel approach
- You will be expected to collaborate with other functions to develop and implement a joined-up customer acquisition strategy
- Responsible to deliver Budgets and P&L with an expected level of gross margin
- Grow the top-line of the business exponentially and ensure profitability by managing the cost of acquisition/ cost of servicing and overheads
- Develop & execute the annual operating plan - revenue & cost planning and forecasting.
- Analyze customer feedback, draw business intelligence, review benefits of core services being offered and ensure high client satisfaction level
- Develop performance metrics, incentive structure and monitor key parameters to increase the overall productivity of the front-line team
- Hire, train & retain a team that is customer-centric and has a consultative selling approach
- Strong pedigree and a B2C sales leader with at least 12+ years of experience - having worked with organizations in the services industry from diverse consumer facing sub-sectors
- You will have a strong understanding of the sales process and strategy in a consumer services and/or direct selling environment
- Have the ability to lead and manage large teams and multiple senior-level stakeholders in a matrix environment
- The incumbent should have managed at least one or multiple zones in the past and have a good understanding of customer sentiments in the region, enabling him/her to hone in and acquire customers in the region.
- The individual will need to be a long-term player who is flexible, smart, and passionate about his/her work, fitting well into the company culture.
- Good stakeholder management skills having successfully managed seniors, peers, and subordinates alike both internally and externally.
