- The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and revenue generation of his assigned territory
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, to attain business objectives

Description :
- The candidate will be responsible for planning, strategizing, implementing, and revenue generation for the assigned territory
- The incumbent will need to lead CXO level engagement, with the perspective of business growth
- He /She needs to identify new industry opportunities and create a strategy to monetize the same
- Hire and lead a high performing sales team
- Liaise with the cross-functional team: pre-sales, marketing, sales operations, legal, finance, for the smooth functioning of the sales cycle
Profile :
- The candidate needs to be dexterous in CXO engagement and account mapping
- He / She should have a proven track record of building a ground up in a new territory/line of business
- The successful candidate must have a proven track record of over-achievement of quotas
- 7 to 14 years of experience in software / SAAS sales
- Team management experience will be a plus
- Self-motivated and agile to work in a highly dynamic and work culture
- Tier 1 MBA is a plus
