We are seeking a RSM - B2B (Enterprise Sales) to join a dynamic team with a leading Organization based out in Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Enterprise Sales Head to strategize, grow and nurture business across all product categories & customers in the branch.
- Responsible to drive business for the region with P&L accountability.
- Understand and identify sales opportunities.
- Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings.
- Management of end-to-end business cycle, from lead generation to closing of orders and collections.
- Responsible for Industry and customer mapping
- Explore cross sell & up sell opportunities.
- Understand the unique needs of customers, present and suggest solutions
- Work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, technology and finance team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Recognize product and technology disparity with customers and present a point of view to product and leadership teams
- Business analysis reports on the clients business KPIs and present to the clients management
- Understand market and competition products & services to draw strategies to counter competition.
- Develop and convey out-of-the-box solutions, along with solution ideas to key decision makers to focus on their business issues
- Understand and articulate the benefits of products to educate enterprise clients on the value proposition of our products
- Conduct on-field and on-site Proof of Concepts wherever required to assist clients validate technical requirements
- Assist Accounts Managers and Business Development Manager in achieving the sales targets by conducting pilots, showcasing results and building conviction at the client
- Define, track, and improve key metrics by analyzing key daily/weekly/monthly data points on various performance parameters for the Team to achieve agreed sales targets along with them
- Review teams and Improve sales effectiveness by using data backed insights
- Proactive actions to generate leads with connects to prospective clients across country
- Take initiatives in improvising processes
