About our Client: Our client is one of largest players in the Food/Bakery industry having a portfolio of diversified products. They are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager (B2B Bakery/ Bakery Fat)
Job Description: Reporting to the Business Director. you will be responsible for To manage pre-selected customers/dealers & markets in Eastern India.
- To be responsible for managing sales targets and managing key accounts
- Develop and manage new and existing clients by providing high end service (technical &commercial), explore and identify all their needs
- Approach new businesses, markets and geography with proposals
- Manage and maintain sales / clients database
- Establish & maintain efficient relationship with new and existing clients
- Generate new business opportunity Pipeline in assigned Accounts/ Geography
- Create proposals for target/focused clients with relevant info and quotes
- Manage clients/projects, receivables and cash collections in light of preset financial KPI
- Ensure clients have positive experience by communicating effectively pre and post deal process
- Oversee, manage and develop Area Sales Mangers/ Sales executives to achieve set targets
- Work closely with relevant departments / colleagues commercial, marketing, supply chain, innovation&finance to ensure efficient operation in terms of product availability, storage, delivery & post sales service
- Work closely with marketing and promotion team to design required promotion and awareness campaigns for target market / clients
Skills Required:
- 10 to 15 years total experience
- Knowledge of functional ingredients (emulsifiers, enzymes, stabilisers, preservatives, etc.)
- Distribution & Key Accounts: Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationship with clients
- Highest Ethical behavior & Leadership Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Business Acumen & Analytical skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Team player and ability to work with & through others
Education:
- Must be a Food Technologist or Masters in Business Administration
