Primary Responsibilities:-
1. Business Plan Achievement: Achieve Sales target as well as After Sales target and ensure correct product-mix availability and spares availability for the same.
2. Entire team management at region level including 3S facility
3. AR Control: Ensure AR norms are within control and timely collections from customers for smooth cash flow.
4. Internal Governance meeting with support departments: Conduct regular meetings and cordial relations with Support departments (service, logistics, accounts, marketing and others concerned) on pending issues and ensure time-bound closure for smooth functioning.
5. Network Expansion / Retention: Understand market and trade by regular market visit to ensure and improve trade visibility and confidence. To guide and monitor Sales & After Sales force for retention strategies for achieving targeted network expansion norms.
6. Market Visits: Understand market and trade by regular market visit to ensure and improve trade visibility and confidence.
7. Trade Opportunities & Market Development Strategy: Identify trade opportunity by extracting desired business share from the list of identified competitors &partners.
8. Preparation of annual sales & after sales target and achievement.
9. Timely support to sales and after sales force as and when required.
10. Manage entire after sales business including parts sales, service income, contract ratio as per the defined targets.
11. Coordination with Operation team for timely delivery of the order.
12. Ensure right product delivery from Product & Marketing team and keep a thorough knowledge of new product development.
13. Timely recruitment of required manpower at region level.
Secondary Responsibilities:-
1. Supporting Regional Manager in developing business strategies.
2. Evaluation of Market trends and providing Monthly projections.
3. Tracking Competitors- new field initiatives.
4. Supporting and guiding the Sales & Service Engineers wherever required.
5. Ensure smooth and timely cross functional communication between sales, operation & after sales function.
