Profile :
- Achieving regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Analyzing and providing market analysis to improve product service positioning and increase effectiveness of the sales team
- Recommending product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
- Conducting regular sales team meetings and pipeline reviews. Leading the regional sales team to meet goals and objectives and addressing concerns & acknowledge individual/ team accomplishments.
- Driving improvements in the sales process and organization to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of team.
- Tracking and communicating regional sales results to senior management.
