- Leading a team of Area Sales Managers in multiple locations to achieve sales, price realization, penetration and business development targets for construction business in the assigned region.
- To establish and build ecosystem conducive for business in the region working with financiers, important industry influencers and stakeholders.
- Identify right opportunities in the region and work closely with central support, after market, product and other teams to convert into business in line with construction business strategy.
- Ensure customer satisfaction for construction customers in the region.
Key Job Responsibilities :
1. Formulate annual business plan for the region for sales, profitability, business development activities in line with all India plans and strategies. Break down by area level and make specific actions plans to achieve
2. Execute the monthly plan and achieve targeted sales volume, profitability, market share and penetration plans.
3. Build long term customer relationships, plan and execute regional customer and financier meets
4. Conduct and attend monthly meetings with the team, after market, central resources and collaborate with retail team and other teams for inclusive business growth
5. Forecast demand, analyze stock levels, and indent to the Sales logistics. Allocate vehicles in case of supply constraint Review Vehicle billing, payment collection and accounting, Verify margin money, customer financing limits, complete month end reconciliation of accounts
6. Evaluate potential segment-wise and pocket-wise in each region, allocate resources and manpower for tapping the segment and ensuring coverage.
7. Adherence to sales processes and Customer management portal
Minimum Educational Qualifications : BE/B Tech with 8-12 years of relevant experience
