Role : Regional Sales Manager- MBA Tier 1/ Tier 2
This role is primarily responsible to drive Sales & Revenue and ensure Operational Efficiency of the Team
Reporting to the Head - Major and Corporate Sales
Job Responsibilities :
- Retains and profitably grows firm's business volume, sales, and profitability through proactive management of assigned large-customer relationships.
- Penetrates assigned accounts by: Selling new or additional products or services to current buyers; and/or Finding additional buyers within the existing customer location; and/or Selling in additional customer locations.
- Sells the firm's complete offering of products and services.
- Strategizes the sales process with Corporate Account Managers, calling upon others to assist in solution development and proposal delivery, as needed, alongside the Major/Corporate AM. Manages customer account plans for all assigned customers by leading a joint company/customer planning process that identifies relevant customer needs, prioritizes initiatives and company investments, and establishes a clear action plan for success.
- Proactively manages customers- satisfaction by anticipating potential sales or service engagement issues.
- Manages assigned prospects- transition from the marketing team.
Accountabilities & Performance Measures :
- Achieves assigned sales quota in designated accounts.
- Manages customer account plans and conducts regular telephonic reviews with the customer.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Report weekly & monthly metrics, track and report key performance indicators for the team, Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
Qualifications :
- Four year college degree from an accredited institution with an tier 1/2 MBA
- Minimum 10 years work experience with atleast four years of strategic sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment. Ideal to have had two years of sales management experience leading a sales team
