Main Responsibilities :
- Develop sales of assigned products and meet sales targets on Monthly & Quarterly basis.
- Plan the weekly, monthly, quarterly visits and stay engaged with customers - existing and new.
- Deploy and execute go to market strategy and agreed action plan for product(s) within region in discussion/liaising with Sales Head.
- Master technical aspects of assigned products to propose adapted solutions to customers
- Engage directly with the End Users (or distributors) to win specific business opportunities or projects where specific and core expertise is required.
- Take direct account management responsibility on specific market segments driven by particular technical solutions.
- Review sales performance on a periodical basis and recommend action in order to meet the plan.
- Communicate market needs & trends to Product Marketing team.
- Contribute to the definition of the sales strategy for the assigned product and territory.
- Proactively involve / lead efforts along product life cycle including launch, promotion and
discontinuation.
- Collect competitive information, pricing, and strengths and weaknesses of competition and share them with Sales Head.
- Provide sales forecasts on a monthly basis.
- Liaise and participate with marketing team for any promotional activity or communication related to their product.
- Monthly report on activities and quarterly detailed review of sales action plan.
Qualifications:
- Engineering / MBA graduate will be preferred
- Good communication and presentation skills
- The candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in relevant territory and selling Capex/Safety/Engineering products.
